ReHome helps consumers research, hire, rate, and review a variety of service contractors and real estate professionals (collectively, “Service Providers and Affiliates”). The following Terms of Use outline your obligations when using the ReHome websites, mobile applications, and services.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The ReHome website available at www.rehome.net, the ReHome mobile application, all related sites and mobile applications, and the various content, features, and services offered on and in connection with these sites and applications are owned and operated by ReHome and can only be accessed and used by you under the Terms of Use described below (“Terms of Use”).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING, OR USING ANY OF THE SITE SERVICES AND AFFILIATES, YOU AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU MAY NOT ACCESS AND USE THE SITE SERVICES AND AFFILIATES.
2. MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS OF USE
ReHome may, in its sole discretion, modify these Terms of Use at any time effective upon posting the modified Terms of Use on and in connection with the Site Affiliate Services, with or without additional notice to you. You are responsible for regularly reviewing information posted on the Site Services and Affiliates to obtain timely notice of such changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you agree to immediately stop using the Site Services and Affiliates and to provide ReHome notice to remove you from any distribution lists or other communication lists that are available to you through your use of the Site Services and Affiliates.
YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE SERVICES AND AFFILIATES AFTER SUCH POSTING (OR OTHER NOTIFICATION, IF ANY) MEANS YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE MODIFIED TERMS OF USE.

ReHome (“ReHome,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, store, use and share information you provide to us, as well as the choices you have with respect to your information. This Policy applies to the information we collect via our online and digital service activities located at rightathome.net and other digital services in which this Policy is posted or linked (collectively, the “Websites”), and is incorporated into our ReHomeTerms of Use [LINK].
Please read this Policy carefully before you use the Websites or submit information to us. By using the Websites or submitting information to us, you consent to the collection, processing, and retention of your information as described in this Policy.
This Policy does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any website operated by any of our affiliates, or other third parties.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION
From the moment you provide information to us, we begin using this information to evaluate your specific care needs and develop a personal action plan . In particular, we use information to: (i) create a baseline assessment that will help us identify your needs and understand how we can help address your needs; (ii) develop a Custom Action Plan that includes detailed recommendations regarding which ReHome services would be most beneficial to you; (iii) match you with an an affiliate who is best suited to implement the action plan and (iv) manage the planned services you receive, as well as the invoicing process for such services.
In addition, the following circumstances are some ways in which we may use your information:
to provide the information, products and services you request;
for security, credit or fraud prevention purposes;
to provide you with effective customer service;
to provide you with a personalized experience when you use our Websites;
to contact you with special offers and other information we believe will be of interest to you (in accordance with any privacy preferences you have expressed to us);
to contact you with information and notices related to your use of our Websites;
to invite you to participate in surveys and provide feedback to us (in accordance with any privacy preferences you have expressed to us);
to better understand your needs and interests;
to improve the content, functionality, and usability of the Websites;

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Additionally, we share aggregated information with our third-party service providers as well as with potential investors, advertisers, and subscribers so they can better understand and/or market to our audience. SMS Terms & Conditions. If you provide your consent to receiving marketing or promotional content from us through text, this consent will not transfer to any third parties. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If you provide your consent to receiving text-based marketing or promotional content from us, your consent will not transfer to any third parties. SMS text messaging consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates. If you have consented to receive text messages from ReHome, you may receive text messages related to your personal action plan. Message and data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary. Your personal information may be transferred to a successor organization if, for example, we transfer the ownership or operation of the Websites to another organization, if we merge with or are acquired by another organization, or if we liquidate our assets. In negotiating with a third party about entering into such an arrangement, we may need to disclose your personal information. In such cases, we will take reasonable measures to protect the personal information we disclose. If such a transfer occurs, the successor organization’s use of your personal information will still be subject to this Policy and the privacy preferences you have expressed to us.
ReHome Online Accessibility Statement
We maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures to protect the security of your personal information you submit on or through our Websites. However, no website, server, or database is completely secure or “hacker proof.” Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be disclosed, misused, or lost by accident or by the unauthorized acts of others. CHILDREN AND PRIVACY

DO NOT TRACK
Certain web browsers and other programs may be used to signal your preferences regarding how or whether ReHome or third parties may collect information about your online activities. Currently, our Websites do not respond to such signals.

Our Websites may provide links to third-party websites. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of any third-party websites. When you follow a link and leave the Websites, you do so at your own risk.
